Situated right on the sand at Katiet, South Sipora, the resort overlooks the world-class right-hand barrel of Lance’s Right (HT’s) - just a short paddle from your bungalow. With a handful of well-appointed beachfront bungalows featuring air-conditioning, hot-water ensuite bathrooms, balconies with full reef views and fast Wi-Fi, the resort strikes a balance of comfort and edge that many surf-travellers prefer.

Each morning your rollout involves an ocean-front deck, waves in view, a paddle or quick boat hop to your chosen break, then a smooth return to meals prepared onsite, hammocks, beach shade or a quiet veranda. When the wind or tide shifts you choose from a local menu of waves – Lance’s Left, Bintangs, Monkeys, Cobras – all within short rides, so downtime is minimal and water-time is maximised. • The deposit is non-refundable.
• The full payment (balance) - if paid - is 100% non-refundable.
• There are no refunds in case of airline or boat delays / cancellations, bad weather, poor surf, or external factors (political, natural, global events) - even if these impact the stay.
